Return Policy

We offer a 30 Day Return on defective EQUIPMENT you purchase from Jv Beauty Brand. Other Authorized Brands have their own warranty with receipt from Jv Beauty. We cannot accept returns on the following items once they have been opened (for sanitary reasons): straight razors, shears, combs, brushes, liquids, guards, etc (unless there is a verifiable manufacturer's defect).

Special order items (including barber chairs) cannot be returned. You can return other merchandise by shipping it to Jv Beauty Supply prepaid in the original packaging. Also make sure there is sufficient packaging to prevent breakage during shipping. Please include a copy of your invoice for faster processing. If you are requesting a refund for a returned package and the item(s) does not, in our opinion, have a verifiable manufacturer defect we will issue a refund to your credit card for the amount of purchase LESS our shipping cost (if we paid shipping to you).

If you refuse a package and we paid shipping you will be refunded the purchase amount less our shipping cost for the shipment AND return. Our return address is: Jv Beauty Equipment & Supply 1969 Walton Avenue Bronx NY 10453. You may call if you have any questions on how to ship back to the manufacturer for warranty purposes. If you have any questions please call 718-299-6303. You only have 7 Days to report any damaged or missing items from your shipment from the day of Delivery
